I am Ksenia Mosolova, fitness professional with over 20 years of experience, founder and creator of Keep Balance studio concept.

I have mastered a variety of different training methods and techniques to create a unique blend of training movements and exercises to assist my clients in achieving their goals, to improve their well-being and mood."

I have worked in fitness since 2003 and have done personal trainings and group classes in leading Russian fitness companies: Reebok, Maxi Sport, World Class . Since 2021 - owner of Keep Balance studio in Moscow .



Training programs
Pilates
The system of exercises created by Joseph Pilates is designed to improve strength, stretch and control of the body. Pilates classes improve posture, mobility of spine and joints , relieve back pain and tone up your body. We use a full range of specialised equipment - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Wall unit, rolls and circles.
Franklin Method
Change your body by changing your mind!
It is a highly effective, evidence-based approach to movement focusing on the body and its functions. It was created in Switzerland more than 20 years ago and is taught all over the world by pilates, yoga and dance professionals, physiotherapists and elite athletes. This method combines visualization techniques with physical excercises to improve movement.
Slings in Motion
Slings Myofascial Training is a program designed by Swiss company Art of Motion. It is based on the Anatomy Trains concept by Thomas Myers. This body-minded practice improves postural balance and overall well-being through movement. Other benefits are: movement effectiveness and ease, functional strength and dynamic stability of the body, fascial hydration and tone regulation.
Functional Golf System (FGS)
FGS is golf-specific training program designed by the Gray Institute of functional movement (USA). It improves body biomechanics to facilitate the golf swing movement at address, back swing, impact and finish positions. The improvement of golf performance is focused on several paths: mobility, balance, strength and power (based on your evaluation and needs). Other benefits are injury prevention and pain elimination.
Myofascial release
A technique based on self-massage with special tools (Trigger Point rolls and massage balls). Focused on muscle relaxation and soft-tissue hydration and gliding. It is highly recommended for people who actively practice sports, as well as for people with regular lifestyle . Myofascial release stimulates recovery after sport activities and helps to relief pain or discomfort in everyday life.
Functional Training
Training program for strength and endurance.with a different equipment (TRX, cable machine, dumbbells, weights, resistance bands, etc). Designed on the basis of 3D-exercises (movements in 3 planes of motion). Functional training strengthens muscles, improves endurance, agility, coordination and flexibility. Also it prepares your body for everyday activity and sports.
